Delivery Policy

Our Delivery Policy outlines important information relating to the delivery of products purchased through our online store. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

Delivery Fee and Area

We offer local delivery for a flat rate of $79, with a minimum order value of $100. Orders over $500 qualify for free local delivery.

Additional delivery locations are available for a flat rate of $79, with a minimum order value of $500. Delivery availability is determined by postcode.

Please use our postcode checker to confirm whether delivery is available to your location before placing an order.

Please note that natural stone products are excluded from our in-house delivery service due to their weight and handling requirements. Delivery of natural stone products can be arranged through a third-party freight provider. Please contact our team for a delivery quote prior to placing your order.

Delivery Options

If delivery is not available to your location, free collection is available from our Chandler store.

For collection orders, please wait until you have received an Order Ready notification before attending the store. This allows our team sufficient time to prepare your order and ensure it is ready for collection.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are carried out Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:00pm.

Our team will contact you via phone call or text message on the morning of your scheduled delivery to confirm delivery details.

Delivery Date

Delivery dates are determined by your delivery area and our scheduled delivery runs.

If the proposed delivery date is not convenient, please let our team know when we contact you and we will do our best to arrange an alternative delivery day based on availability.

Delivery Changes

We strive to keep to our delivery schedule wherever possible. However, delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic conditions, weather events, vehicle issues, or other operational factors.

Should any changes be required, we will contact you as soon as possible to provide an update.

Delivery Timeline

We aim to complete all deliveries within 5 business days of order confirmation. During busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control, delivery may take longer.

Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery of your order.

Delivery Location

Deliveries are curbside only.

If access to the delivery address is restricted or unsuitable for the delivery vehicle, goods will be delivered to the closest safe and accessible location available to the driver.

For office buildings, apartment complexes, and similar premises, deliveries will be made to the ground floor only.

Please note that deliveries cannot be completed in temporary parking zones, loading zones with restrictions, clearways, or other locations where safe and legal access for the delivery vehicle is unavailable.

Redelivery fees may apply.

Assistance with Large Items

Our deliveries are completed by a single driver. Assistance may be required with larger or bulkier items, including large pots, furniture sets, or oversized products.

Please ensure appropriate assistance is available at the delivery location if required.

Recipient Presence

A person must be present at the delivery address to receive the order.

If nobody is available to accept delivery, Authority to Leave may be provided prior to delivery. In these cases, customers must provide clear instructions for a safe location where the goods can be left.

Once goods have been delivered to the nominated location, responsibility for the products passes to the customer.

PO Box Deliveries

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. A valid residential, commercial, or site address must be provided when placing an order.

Redelivery Fees

If we are unable to complete delivery and no safe location has been provided for the goods to be left, a redelivery fee of $120 will apply.

This fee covers the costs associated with returning, storing, and re-delivering the goods.

Delivery Holding Periods

If you are unable to accept delivery immediately, we offer a holding period of up to 4 weeks from the date of purchase.

Holding requests must be arranged with our team before delivery is scheduled or attempted. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you require delayed delivery.

Out-of-Stock and Preorder Products

Orders containing out-of-stock or preorder products will be delayed until the product becomes available.

If there is a significant delay in availability, our team will contact you with an update regarding your order.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of 20% of the order value may be charged for cancelled orders to cover administration, handling, and restocking costs.

If an order has already been picked, packed, or processed for delivery, an additional cancellation fee of $150 may apply to cover the associated labour, handling, and logistics costs.
