Return & Refund Policy

At The Nurso, we take great care in selecting and packaging our products. Due to the nature of our items, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

All Sales Are Final

Please choose carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

This policy applies to:

  • Pots and planters

  • Plants (including indoor and outdoor plants)

  • Garden products

  • Giftware and homewares

  • Sale items


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will assess the issue and, where required under Australian Consumer Law, provide a replacement, repair or refund.


Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for items that are faulty, significantly different from their description, or not fit for purpose.


Plants & Living Products

Due to their perishable nature and individual growing conditions, plants are not eligible for return or refund. We recommend reading all care information carefully and contacting our team before purchasing if you’re unsure.


Incorrect Orders

If you believe you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
