Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times provided are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events or circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a repair, replacement or refund.

Plants & Living Products
Plants are living products and their performance depends on environmental conditions and care. We do not guarantee plant longevity and do not offer returns or refunds on plants.

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders affected by incorrect information.
